Therapeutic Massage
All of our massage sessions are customized to the needs and desires of the client at the time of the massage. Our sessions can include a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage and more.
- $45 - 30 minute customized therapeutic massage.
- $80 - 60 minute customized therapeutic massage.
- $105 - 90 minute customized therapeutic massage.
- $130 - 120 minute customized therapeutic massage.
Reiki
Gerry has been practicing and teaching Reiki since 1997. Many of his clients note how hot his hands get during a massage. This heat comes from the transference of healing energies that result from his Reiki training. The process is extremely relaxing and beneficial to all levels of the being.
Reiki is a unique, highly effective natural healing technique for balancing and rejuvenating the mind, body and spirit. It stimulates the body's own innate wisdom to heal at the source of the challenge's we experience.
The effectiveness of Reiki results from balancing the energies of the body known as Chi or Ki. When the energies of the body are in balance, the body is incapable of becoming ill (based on Traditional Chinese Medicine). When the energies are out of balance, disfunction and illness can manifest. When the energies of the body are rebalanced through Reiki, the body's own healing capabilities are stimulated and maximized to heal on all levels.
Reiki can be included with your massage or you can enjoy a stand alone Reiki session.

Reiki Classes

Results System Body Alignment
Gerry is a certified Results System practitioner and applied kinesiologist. Chronic aches and pains can result from the body being out of balance. The body alignment utilizes Applied Kinesiology to determine where there are imbalances in the body and then determines how those imbalances can be best resolved. This system works with the soft tissues of the body, activating weak muscles and releasing tense muscles that can be at the root of the imbalances. This enables the body to realign itself. Clients typically experience a level of immediate relief that continues to improve over a period of 24 - 48 hours. Combined with massage, the Results System body alignment has been very effective helping clients get pain free.
- $35 for individual session.
- Additional $10 when combined with a massage session and the session time remains the same.
Reflexology
Our reflexology sessions focus on stimulating reflex points located on the feet and hands. Hot towels are applied to the feet to enhance the relaxing experience.
- $45 - 30 minute reflexology session on the feet.
- $80 - 60 minute reflexology session on the feet and hands. Add a facial applicator and face massage for an additional $30.
Detox
A gentle and relaxing process where the feet are immersed in a tub of warm water. During the 30 minute session, the IonCleanse unit introduces positive and negative charged ions into the body. These ions encourage the body to release toxins on a cellular level. They are then eliminated from the body, some through the pores of the feet through the process of osmosis and others through the body's natural elimination systems.
Through this process of detoxification, clients have reported relief from: pain, chronic headaches, mold toxicity, brain fog and fatigue related to post surgery recovery.
The IonCleanse Detox is not appropriate for everyone. Talk to your therapist to see if it may be right for you.
